Dr. Eric Alvarado was born and raised in what's commonly known as The Valley in Harlingen, Texas. As a young man Dr. Alvarado became active in martial arts training and began a personal journey to accomplishing his second degree black belt in the karate system Lau Hu Pai. 

Through great mentors in martial arts Dr. Alvarado was exposed to the power of Chiropractic at a young age and it has been central to his life ever since.  With a dream of helping others and God's calling on his life, Dr. Alvarado found his purpose and dedicated himself to serving others through the healing of Chiropractic.

 After Graduating from Harlingen High School he attended The University of Texas at Brownsville where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree.  Once his undergraduate was completed he relocated to Dallas, Texas to attend Parker College of Chiropractic.

 Dr. Alvarado opened his practice, Arlington Family Wellness Center, in Arlington Texas.  Serving patients and educating the public about Chiropractic is the number one goal of Arlington Family Wellness Center.  Dr. Alvarado works closely with many local businesses, schools and community organizations such as Alvarez Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, LA Fitness, Sports Authority, YMCA, The Vitamin Shoppe, Fort Worth ISD, and Mansfield ISD to promote better health, disease awareness and prevention, sports injury prevention and treatment, and many other health and wellness related topics.
